Accounting and administration coordinator

For a non-profit organization, you will be the coordinator of accounting and administration in a structured company where there is an excellent atmosphere and a team spirit among the employees.

In this position, you will have the opportunity to perform various tasks, including managing the entire accounting cycle including paying invoices, preparing deposits and bank reconciliations. You will need to control the inflow and outflow of petty cash and process the payroll in the Nethris software. You will also be responsible for producing monthly and annual financial reports, as requested by management. You will also be responsible for maintaining the inventory and purchases of computer equipment, office equipment, etc., the list of contributions and the database of donor accounts. Finally, you will participate in the coordination of activities and the management of fundraising events.

Profile: Bilingual candidate, holder of a bachelor's degree in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word; and experience with the Nethris payroll system (asset). The profile sought is autonomous, rigorous, with a good capacity for teamwork, good management of time and priorities.
