ACCOUNTING ANALYST / PROJECTS
Under the responsibility of the Chief Accounting and Finance Officer, your primary role will be to perform the financial analysis of the project activity while providing support and a communication link with the mandate managers for control issues. costs of the work, the presentation of financial information and internal controls.
You will also have to maintain a link with the sales team and buyers while keeping the financial information of the projects up to date. You will have to contribute to the preparation of the month-end work related to the projects and will support the accounting team in other accounting tasks.
The ideal candidate will need to be structured and efficient so that they can support a high volume of work. He will also be able to ensure effective communication with internal managers and clients. In his role as an accounting analyst, he will have to demonstrate an advanced analytical and rigorous approach.
Skills and Requirements
- Bachelor of Accounting;
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in finance, more specifically in project analysis and control and / or financial reporting;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains, SIFIA and TEDI;
- Strong Excel skills (PivotTable, V-H search, conditional formula) and good general IT knowledge;
- Professional accounting title, an asset;
- Bilingualism (French and English).
