Your responsibilities in a few words:
Produce reports and financial statements for investors - Carry out financial monitoring of investments, in particular by participating in the determination of their fair market values - Carry out all accounting operations, from data entry to the accounting system to the production of financial statements and reports - Meet tax requirements, including sales tax reports, tax returns and the production of tax slips - Manage the group's cash flow - Coordinate capital calls and rebates for investors - Answer ad hoc questions - Consolidate financial information received from investments and prepare presentations for the various committees - Coordinate the annual audit process and the production of tax reports - Participate in the development of presentations for investors - Monitor budgetary expenditures as well as contracts by investors - Monitor, enter and pay expense accounts - Participate in the employee payroll process - Interact with the various consultants (auditors, tax specialist, lawyers, IT consultants and others), as needed

Your strengths for this position:
• BAC in accounting
• Hold a CPA designation
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial analysis
• Experience with financial statement preparation, GST/QST report writing and reporting
• Excellent knowledge of the Office Suite
• Capacity for analysis and synthesis
• Familiarity with working with SAGE software (asset)
• Firm experience (asset)
• Interest in the field of private investment, taxation and investor relations
• Bilingualism: required
