Office d’habitation Fleuve et Vallée (OHFV)
Lieu : Amqui – Matapédia
Horaire : 35 h/sem (horaire flexible) – Poste permanent

Résumé du poste
Sous la supervision de la direction des finances, la personne titulaire assure la tenue de livres, le suivi des opérations financières courantes et contribue à la reddition de comptes à la SHQ, en soutien aux équipes locales du secteur Amqui.

Responsabilités principales
• Saisir et valider les factures, préparer les paiements et dépôts bancaires.
• Effectuer les conciliations bancaires et suivre les écarts.
• Préparer la facturation aux locataires et en assurer le suivi.
• Collaborer à la production des états financiers et au suivi budgétaire.
• Préparer les dossiers en prévision des audits.
• Assurer le classement, l’archivage et la conformité documentaire.
• Participer à l’amélioration des outils et processus comptables (SIGLS.net, LOGIC.net, Excel).
• Offrir, au besoin, un soutien administratif à la direction et aux RH.

Profil recherché
• DEC en comptabilité ou formation équivalente.
• 2 à 3 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire.
• Maîtrise d’Excel et de la suite Microsoft 365.
• Connaissance de SIGLS.net et LOGIC.net (atout) et volonté d’apprendre.
• Rigueur, autonomie, sens de l’organisation et discrétion.
