Your responsibilities in a nutshell

Support the entire complete accounts payable process, including analyzing and recording invoices, managing expense reports and payments – Performing reconciliation credit card statements – Assist suppliers and resolve issues related to invoices and contracts – Produce and analyze weekly and monthly reports – Produce weekly and monthly reports – Optimize and review accounts payable procedures – Ensure closing of credit card statements accounts – Participate in analyzes – Ensure communications with suppliers – Participate in annual audits – Contribute to the implementation of the ERP system

Your strengths for this position

• 2 to 3 years of experience in the complete accounts payable cycle
• Experience with an ERP 
• Fluency in English with functional French
• Excellent sense of organization and priorities
• Very good aptitude for work team and communications
• Autonomy and speed of execution
