Your responsibilities in a few words
Manage the company's accounting and finances - Manage communication and collaboration with the head office in Hong Kong, responding to various requests for information and analysis - Ensure validation of reports, monthly and annual financial statements , as well as management reports - Oversee the activities of external and internal auditors, establishing strong relationships with them - Lead and participate in the annual budget process, as well as periodic forecast reviews - Analyze, develop and improve processes and IT tools - Evaluate internal control and implement risk management improvement processes - In collaboration with other members of the management team, develop and monitor company performance measures (KPI). Prepare corporate income tax returns and take charge of managing all tax files - Maintain commercial insurance files up to date and take care of their renewal each year - Recruit, train and retain qualified accounting staff.

Your strengths for this position
• BAC in finance or accounting
• Hold a CPA designation
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience within SME having gone through a period of restructuring
• Familiarity with the health and well-being sector (asset)
• Interest in the creation and deployment of internal accounting processes
• Bilingualism: functional
