Your responsibilities in a nutshell!

Carry out the entire accounting process – Prepare required accounting and administrative documents – Manage supplier and customer accounts – Supervise contracts and subcontractor compliance – Contribute to the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial statements – Participate in the development of the annual budget – Implementation of new administrative systems – Strengthening internal controls – Manage audits – Collaborate in special projects for the financial director – Assist in the management of the payroll

Your assets for this position!

• Hold a BAC in accounting/finance or in Business Administration
• Hold a CPA designation 
• Minimum of three (3) years 'experiences in a similar position
• Relevant experience in a similar position
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quickbooks, Sage , Dext)
• Ability to establish and meet deadlines
• Have great autonomy and priority planning
• French (oral and written) / English (knowledge)
